Who I Am
The coaching industry is full of noise. Promises. Frameworks that leave you
knowing more but feeling the same. I'm not here to add to that.
I've been through real life — not the curated version.
A deeply troubled father. Chronic bullying. Years of sexual abuse. A frequent desire to escape the pain of being alive. Addiction. Overweight and unhealthy. Lost 50kgs — then my health collapsed. Crippled. Major surgery. Humbled to my knees. Moving overseas. A mother I held through cancer and watched leave.
All of which I walked through — not around.
What I found through all of this wasn't a technique or a method.
It was the remembering of something eternal:
The true power within that's always present.
What I offer isn't advice. It's presence, a mirror, and support in your corner.
From someone who knows what the floor looks like and what it takes to rise again. For those who are done negotiating with what's true and are ready to live it.
I am not here with all the answers. I am here having healed and lived enough to fully inhabit myself and this one precious life. Faithfully. That is what I want for you.
The work
Therapy and self development helped me understand my pain, but understanding alone isn't healing. For years I analysed, journalled, meditated, breathed, affirmed — and yet remained split from myself.
The change came when I stopped thinking about pain and started meeting it. In the body. In the nervous system. In the silence that most people spend their entire lives avoiding. No more bypassing.
Most people aren't lacking information. They're caught on a healing hamster wheel — always working on themselves, never arriving. Symptom management. The goal is integrated, embodied wholeness — surrendered into what's real.
The deeper you inhabit your life now the quicker real enjoyment and aliveness return.
From that place action becomes aligned with who you actually are.
Not from force — because you stopped splitting in two.
That's the work I do with people. Reorientation.
Actual resolution.
The kind that changes what you do on a Tuesday morning. How you speak to yourself at 2am. The way you meet the eyes of a stranger. The confidence to act. Whether you reach for your phone or reach for your life. Clear on what matters.
Sensitivity is a gift. Without understanding it can feel like anything but — absorbing everything, overwhelm, feeling the weight of a room before you've said a word.
The work isn't about suppressing it, toughening up, or pushing through.
It's about inhabiting. Letting it become a source of depth and clarity rather than chaos. When understood, sensitivity becomes your greatest resource.
What changes
01
You stop waiting to feel ready. You act from who you are, not the fear that keeps you stuck.
02
Relationships stop feeling like danger. They become the point.
03
You inhabit your whole life — from dishes, making love, doing laundry to paying taxes — all of it is life.
04
The shame that stopped you speaking lifts. You say the real thing, first.
05
No dream feels too big. No part of yourself feels too broken. You become your own source.
06
No reason to hold back. Nothing to hide. Nothing to prove. You remember your freedom.
07
Stress, problems, and hurry lose their grip. Doing softens into being — and life becomes something you are living, not something you're managing.
08
Limitations fall away. Vision strengthens and imagination grows louder, wilder, more colourful — and suddenly, nothing feels out of reach.
The subtle things return first. Taste. Presence. A complete breath and full exhale.
Peace without conditions. Enjoyment for no reason.
You reclaim the energy that was leaking.
Then you expand. Dreams you'd quietly filed away grow louder.
More vivid. More possible. New dreams arise from nowhere.
Coming home to yourself is not a destination but a way of being.
The more present you become the more pleasure finds you.
Not as a reward, but as what life actually is when you stop splitting in two.
A freedom you'd forgotten was possible.
Their words
Working with Gian has been a truly transformative experience. He possesses a remarkable ability to uncover the limiting beliefs that are holding you back from taking the next step in your life, your business, or your goals. Unlike standard coaching programs that rely on expectations, frameworks, models, and checklists, Gian listens very intently and helps identify the root causes of self-imposed limiting beliefs and helps you unlock your unrealised capabilities that play to your strengths.
He meets you exactly where you are and guides you to discover your own answers, rather than providing a quick fix or a cheat sheet that might not stand the test of time. His authentic approach has empowered me to break through barriers I didn't realize I had and to approach my goals with renewed confidence and purpose.
Working with Gian has been a game changer. He listens deeply, gently pushes me in the right ways, and constantly seeks to help me unlock my potential. His coaching and the work we've done has given me greater clarity, balance, and confidence in how I approach challenges in every aspect of my life.
I'm genuinely grateful for the impact he's had on my personal growth. Whether or not you're actively looking for guidance or a coach, I highly recommend working with Gian!
Before you reach out
How can we ever know ourselves if we don't make the space to be with ourselves?
Take a moment alone with each one quietly to yourself.
How much of your daily life is escape — from feeling, from presence, from the weight of being here?
Is there something you've been avoiding acknowledging about yourself — something you sense is true but have never said out loud?
In your closest relationships, are you fully there — or are you performing a version of yourself you believe is safer?
When did you last ask for what you actually needed — and mean it?
What would your life look like if fear stopped being the loudest voice in the room — and you were free from concern?
It's not my job to make you care.
But if you're willing, I'll walk through the fire alongside you.
